Raw photos (in jpeg form) can also be made available digitally. <br />Schedule & Fee <br />The inspections will be performed at a mutually acceptable time upon receipt of a fully executed <br />Professional Services Agreement or Purchase Order. An electronic copy of the routine signal inspection <br />reports in PDF format will be submitted within forty-five (45) business days following completion of the <br />inspections. <br />We propose to perform the services described above for a total quote of $40,000. This total assumes the <br />inspection of signals at 25 intersections at a cost of $1,600 per intersection and includes all necessary <br />equipment and labor to complete the work. Invoices will be submitted on a monthly basis, and payment <br />is due within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. <br />
