Davidson offered a friendly amendment that at the same time request the County, when approving <br />any antennas with a dose proximity to the city limits of Louisville, automatically hold a public hearing <br />and notify the City of Louisville of the hearing. <br /> <br />Sisk and seconder Mayer accepted this. All in favor. <br /> <br />OTHER REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS ARISING AFTER PREPARATION OF AGENDA <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, commented that she had sent a memo noting that the two inclusion <br />proceedings in the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District and the Municipal Sub-District <br />were approved and signed by the District Court, signed by the court, and final absent an appeal by <br />the Attorney General's office, which is very unlikely. <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, in following up on the City Attorney's report, recognized Public <br />Works Director Tom Phare and his staff for the work that was done, and staff from his office, Linda <br />Salas and the former Management Assistant Ronda Kelley who gathered the signature required to <br />submit the petitions. <br /> <br />Davidson thanked the citizens of Louisville for signing the petitions. <br /> <br />Simmons stated that the committee formed to review the Commercial Design Guidelines had met <br />once and at their guidance, staffis doing some redrafiing of the CDG. The committee will met again <br />at the beginning of next week. It will be before Council March 18. He reminded Council of the joint <br />Work Session with the Planning Commission February 25 conceming potential architectural and other <br />design guidelines for Louisville's downtown commercial area. The 1997 downtown improvements <br />will be briefly outlined in the 700 and 800 blocks of Front Street. Friday the City received three <br />proposals to purchase the Admor property and he had a summary sheet for Council. <br /> <br />Council asked that the proposals be discussed at the next Work Session. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Howard announced that he and Keany attended the meeting with the development community, but <br />nothing had been resolved. <br /> <br />Lathrop attended a meeting, along with Storage Tech, Neodata, and Rocky Flats, of the current <br />Leadership of Louisville class. Topics included how well Louisville is doing economically. The <br /> <br /> <br />
