Award Contract to Grama Grass and Livestock, LLC for 2023 <br />Regenerative Grazing Services on Select Open Space Properties <br />D. Award Contract for Traffic Signal Management Plan Phase 11 <br />E. Approval of Resolution No. 23, Series 2023 — A Resolution <br />Supporting Statewide Efforts and Cooperation to Support Affordable <br />Housing Without Imposing the Statewide Land Use and Zoning <br />Preemptions in Senate Bill 23-213 <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Mayor Pro Tern Fahey stated that Community solutions is hosting its next membership <br />meeting on April 26.
