Seeing none, Carlson moved the items on the consent agenda be approved; Newell seconded. All in favor. 7. Authority Business A. Discussion / Direction Liquor License Renewal for Louisville Watering Hole, Inc. d/b/a DJS Watering Hole, Inc. — Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License — 988 W. Dillon Road The Secretary informed the Authority that the establishment had not paid any City sales tax since they opened in September 2022. The Authority instructed the Secretary to send a letter to the establishment regarding their delinquent sales tax account. B. Discussion / Direction: Marijuana License Renewal for SBUD, LLC d/b/a Star Buds — Retail Marijuana License — 1156 W. Dillon Road The Secretary informed the Authority that the establishment had not remitted their City sales tax for 2023. The Authority instructed the Secretary to send a letter to the establishment regarding their delinquent sales tax account. C. Discussion / Direction: Server Training Requirements After a brief discussion the Authority decided that proof of server training for owners or managers needed to be provided only once as long as there was no change in the owner or manager. Any change in the party who had proof of server training on file with the Authority Secretary would require submission of new proof of training. 8. Police Department Report As there was no attendance by the Police Department, the Authority instructed the Secretary to write a letter to Interim Chief Jeff Fisher inviting him to the next meeting of the Authority. 9.
