He hopes the <br />solid fence will be adequate for future development of the fence. <br />Krantz is in favor of this if this is what the HOA and the community wants. <br />Choi agrees with the commissioners. <br />Moline agrees and thinks this provides more flexibility for the HOA. <br />Baskett supports staff's recommendation. <br />Osterman supports the proposal. <br />Brauneis is in favor of this as well. <br />Howe moves and Choi seconds a motion to approve Resolution 7, 2023. Planned Unit Development Amendment — Enclave — Adoption of <br />Resolution 8, Series 2023 recommending approval of a Planned Unit <br />Development Amendment to amend fence regulations for the Enclave <br />subdivision. General Development Plan Amendment — Centennial Valley General <br />Development Plan — Adoption of Resolution 8, Series 2023 <br />recommending approval of a General Development Plan Amendment to <br />revise permitted uses for 972 W Dillon Rd in Parcel H of the Centennial <br />Valley General Development Plan, as listed in the Fifth Amended and <br />Restated Development Agreement. <br />Applicant: Wade Arnold, The Colorado Group <br />Case Planner: Ellie Hassan, Planner II <br />All notice was met as required and there is no commissioner conflict of interest. <br />Staff Presentation: <br />Hassan says the property at 972 W Dillon Rd is located along the south side of <br />Dillon Rd near the intersection with McCaslin Blvd. There is an existing one-story <br />commercial building on the site. This property is about 1.5 acres in size and is <br />zoned Planned Community Commercial. It was platted as part of the Centennial <br />Valley Parcel H First Filing and replatted in 1995 and 1996, resulting in the <br />20 <br />
