He is in <br />support. <br />Moline says he supports this proposal. He is deeply saddened by what has <br />happened to these homeowners and would like this processed quickly. <br />Choi appreciates the effort put forth by staff. The package put together was <br />comprehensive and he is in support of moving this forward. <br />Osterman says she is in support of this and is looking for this being expedited. <br />Krantz says she is in support. <br />Brauneis says he is in support. <br />Choi moves and Moline seconds a motion to approve Resolution 3, 2023. <br />Motion passes unanimously by a roll call vote. <br />New Business — Public Hearing Items <br />A. Planned Unit Development Amendment — Cornerstone — Adoption of <br />Resolution 5, Series 2023 recommending approval of a Planned Unit <br />Development Amendment to amend fence regulations for the Cornerstone <br />subdivision. <br />Case Planner: Lisa Ritchie, Planning Manager <br />Applicant: City of Louisville <br />All notice was met as required and there is no commissioner conflict of interest. <br />Staff Presentation: <br />Ritchie gives background on the Cornerstone neighborhood. The PUD was <br />approved in August of 1990. All 71 single family properties were destroyed due to <br />Marshall Fire. The current PUD regulates all fences to some degree. In <br />Ordinance 1838, Series 2022, there is a citywide exemption for wood fences <br />adjacent to homes. This is a neighborhood driven proposal. <br />From the Via Appia and McCaslin side of the neighborhood, the proposal revises <br />the fence design requirement from 5-6' high cedar with the color Dune Grey to <br />
