We would just join the City's existing account. <br />Keller says he did the online training as well as the state tax credit training for his <br />own property. If anyone has questions about that training, let him know. There is <br />a tax credit available for property owners. <br />Anderson mentions that they did meet with the museum folks about locating the <br />Blue Parrot sign. It has been located. He explains possible next step action <br />items. <br />Items from Staff <br />New Staff Introduction: April Kroner, Economic Vitality Manager <br />April Kroner introduces herself to the commission. <br />Subcommittee Review Updates, Other Updates, & Upcoming Schedule <br />Brackett Hogstad says there was a conditional release for 701 Grant Ave's <br />fence and replica bell. There were no demolition reviews.
