The tree <br />has been correctly and carefully pruned and shaped through the years and is a large, <br />beautiful landmark on Jefferson Ave." <br />Later Owners <br />More recent owners of this property were Gregg and Kelly Rogers and Jefferson33 LCC. <br />The current owners of records, since 2023, are Kevin and Nancy Mitchell. <br />9 <br />
