TC-R[.AI BOULDER) <br />Property records showing the inheritance of the house by the grown LaSalle children could not <br />be located, but in the late 1950s and early 1960s, Adeline's siblings all transferred their <br />property interests in 1045 Front to her and she became the full owner. <br />In 1973, an article in the Louisville Times mentioned that the house at 1045 Front had received <br />Urban Renewal grant funds for renovations: The Louisville Times March 8, 1973 — Colorado Historic <br />Newspapers Collection <br />In 1982, Adeline DeSantis deeded her interest in the property at 1045 Front by quitclaim deed <br />to one of her children, Doris DeSantis Winslow. After Adeline's death, Doris's siblings also <br />quitclaimed their interests in the property to her. <br />9 <br />
