The <br />1977 Assessor Card, updated in 1981, references a remodel that was done in that year <br />and references a supplemental card that has not been located. <br />Later Owners <br />Owners since 1990 have included Perry & Carla Black, Elaine Werner -Hudson, and <br />Norman Hudson.
