He would prefer less <br />regulations too but the regulation should include some way to mitigate. Hive <br />locations should be restricted: no front yard, away from public access and a <br />setback of 5'. <br />Sheets stated her support. Her concerns included enforcement, a nuisance hive, <br />abandoned hives and the need for a vehicle of recourse (will the City have <br />resources.) <br />Lipton requested the Commission provide direction to staff.
