City Council Finance Committee Meeting Minutes 07/20/09 Page 3 of 3 REVENUE TREND DASHBOARD The Finance Director presented current trend analysis and projections for various revenue sources summarized in a revenue trend "dashboard" report. FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE PERIOD ENDING JUNE 30, 2009 The Accounting Manager presented the Financial Statements for the period ending June 30, 2009. The statements and corresponding narrative can be located on the City's website at www.louisvilleco.gov. SCHEDULE OF CASH & INVESTMENTS AS OF JUNE 30, 2009 The Finance Director presented the Schedule of Cash & Investments as of June 30, 2009. The schedule and corresponding narrative can be located on the City's website at www.louisvilleco.gov. LIST OF BILLS The Committee reviewed the List of Bills scheduled for approval at the July 21, 2009 Council Meeting. The list can be located on the City's website at www.louisvilleco.gov. The Committee requested additional information on the invoices from Light, Harrington & Dawes for May 26 through June 25, 2009. DISCUSSION ITEMS FOR THE NEXT MEETING & MEETING SCHEDULE The next meeting is set for Monday, August 17, 2009, at 4:00 p.m. in the City Manager's Office. Discussion items currently scheduled for that meeting are: • Sales Tax Reports for the Period Ended June 30, 2009. • Revenue Trend Dashboard • Financial Statements for the Period Ended July 31, 2009. • Cash and Investments Balances as of July 31, 2009. • Discussion of Budget Changes for 2009 ADJOURN The meeting was adjourned at 5:30 p.m. 4
