<br />ORDINANCE #567 CONTINUED <br /> <br />CONTINENTAL VIEW ESTATES <br />ANNEXATION REQUEST <br /> <br />ELECTION JUDGES <br />RATIFICATION <br /> <br />October 4, 1977 <br />Page 3, Minutes <br /> <br />Councilman DiLorenzo then moved that <br />Ordinance #567 be adopted. Seconded by <br />Councilman Caranci. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved to amend the motion <br />stating that a kennel be classified as <br />any person having more then three adult cats. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Roll <br />call on amendment. Domenico yes, Caranci <br />no, Dhieux no, DelPizzo no, DiCarlo yes, <br />DiLorenzo yes. Tie vote, motion defeated. <br /> <br />Roll call vote on motion to adopt Ordinance <br />#567. DiCarlo no, Dhieux no, DelPizzo no, <br />Caranci yes, DiLorenzo yes, Domenico yes. <br />Motion defeated by tie vote. <br /> <br />Mr. Bill Suitts presented to Council pre- <br />liminary plans for the Continental View <br />Estates Annexation. It was noted that <br />Lots would run from 12,000 to 20,000 sq. ft. <br />He stated that they have worked with the <br />City staff to plan their development in <br />conformance with the City regulations. <br />He also stated that all homes will be cus- <br />tom built and persons may build their own <br />as long as they stay within the area <br />covenents. <br />Mr. Jack Haines who assisted Mr. Suitts <br />in preparing the plan pointed out the <br />location of the lot sizes. <br />Councilman DelPizzo asked about the widening <br />of So. Boulder Road if this would cut the <br />lot size any. It was stated by the City <br />Planner, Mr. Drumm and concurred by Mr. <br />Haines that the needed footage has al- <br />ready been taken from the lot size. <br />After the presentation Councilman DiCarlo <br />moved that the Continental View Estates <br />Annexation plan be referred to Planning <br />Commission for review. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that Council needed to <br />ratify the election judges for the Nov. <br />1, 1977, municipal election as presented <br />by the City Clerk. City Clerk Santilli <br />read the judges for the wards as follows <br />noting that all were registered voters. <br />WARD I - Eleanor Autrey, Cheryle Collins <br />and Annetta Santilli. <br /> <br />WARD II - Carolyn Cunningham, Rose Ross <br />and Betty Stone. Alternates - Steall <br />Giorzelli and Marie Brugger. <br />
