<br />September 6, 1977 <br />Minutes - Page 5 <br /> <br />CEMETERY <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo asked if anything <br />has been done about the cemetery problemn. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the inventory is <br />being completed and there will be a <br />meeting with Mr. Ellis after that is <br />done; in about one week. <br /> <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo asked if there was <br />a woman assistant code enforcement offi- <br />cer. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that through P.S.E., <br />she was hired to put identification <br />numbers and tags on property which <br />people wanted marked. There has not <br />been much demand for this, so she has <br />been working with the code enforcement <br />officer. <br /> <br />SET BACK REGULATION <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo asked what the rules <br />were for putting up a building near <br />a fence. It was noted that the set <br />back was changed to five feet away. <br />It was stated that the reason for this <br />was because of the new areas, the set <br />backs would not allow for everything <br />to be closed together. <br /> <br />There were no other report, Councilman <br />Caranci moved that the Council comment <br />and committee reports be accepted and <br />placed on file. Seconded by Coucilman <br />DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL COURT REPORT <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl read the report for August <br />totalling $905.00. Councilman Caranci <br />moved that the report be accepted and <br />placed on file. Seconded by Council- <br />man DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF BILLS <br /> <br />City Treasurer Hesson read the bills <br />for August in the total amount of <br />$245,656.07. Councilman Caranci moved <br />that the bills be accepted and checks <br />written for the same. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Dhieux. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the meeting <br />be adjourned. Seconded by Councilman <br />Dhieux. Motion carried. Mayor Waschak <br />adjourned at 9:37 P.M. <br />
