<br />August 18, 1977 <br />Hinutes ;.; page 7 <br /> <br />PUBLIC OFFICIAL <br />LIABILITY INS. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the City has received <br />a quote on the liability insurance which <br />would cover the persons in case of a law <br />suit with the individual named personally. <br />Council asked if it was definately necessary <br />to begin at this time or if the matter could <br />be taken care of at the beginning of the <br />next year. <br />Mr. Wurl felt it very important to be ob- <br />tained at this time. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the liability <br />insurance be purchased by the City. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call <br />Dhieux yes, DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yes, <br />DiLorenzo yes, Caranci yes. Motion carried. <br />The insurance will cover elected officials <br />all department heads, including the city <br />administrator. <br /> <br />WOOD BROS. FILING #5 <br />PARKWOOD <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that Wood Bros. would like <br />to amend there plans for high density to <br />45 single family units. It has been pre- <br />sented to Planning Commission who have set <br />a public hearing on the issue. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reviewed the correspondence. <br /> <br />Councilman DiLorenzo moved that the City <br />Administrators report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCI~ COMMENTS & <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Vivian Dheiux thanked council and stated that <br />she will work very hard. She stated that <br />the reason she had abstained on several <br />issues was because of the time framing. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak stated that he would like to <br />have Councilman Dhieux take over the duties <br />of the old Councilman; which included re- <br />presenting Louisville at the Consortium <br />of City's and the finance committee and <br />any other she was on. <br /> <br />CEMETERY <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo asked if anything has <br />been done with the cemetery problem. Mr. <br />Wurl stated that Mrs. McDonald and himself <br />were going to have a meeting to get the <br />matter resolved. <br />
