He stated that he is in
the process of getting a special use re-
view hearing; however, he would like to
have permission to hold classes from August
15, to August 19, 1977 before the hearing
is held.
Planner Drumm stated that the Planning
Commission instructed the City Attorney and
Planner to look into the zoning ordinance
to see if the ordinance provided a part to
allow this to occur.
Attorney Joss stated that in the ordinance
it does not allow or have any procedure
for Council to allow a variance for this
type of thing. The other problem is that
this is a part of a school with the holding
of classes which requires a special review
use. He stated that there would not be
enough time to have the review hearing be-
fore the classes are held which would cause
problems if Council should grant it.
After discussion Councilman Caranci moved
that Mr. .Jenkins be granted permission to
hold school from August 15, to August 19,
1977. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo.
Roll call. DiLorenzo no, DiCarlo no,
DelPizzo yes, Caranci yes, Domenico no.
Motion defeated.
