Roll call. <br />DelPizzo YE!S, Domenico yes, DiCarlo no, <br />DiLorenzo no, Caranci no. Motion defeated. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance #556 <br />be adopted. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. <br />Roll call. Domenico no, DelPizzo no, <br />Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes, DiLorenzo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl read Resolution #5 in regards to <br />Farmers Home Administration. Councilman <br />Domenico moved that Resolution #5 be <br />adopted. Seconded by Councilman Caranci. <br />Roll call. Caranci yes, Domenico yes, <br />DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes, DiLorenzo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the public <br />hearing on Ordinance #537 be set for August <br />16, 1977. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss noted that all members of <br />Council had before them a copy of Ord. #560 <br />for their review and files. It was then <br />read by Attorney Joss on first reading by <br />title only. <br />Councilman DiCarlo asked if the fee schedule <br />could be included in the ordinance so a <br />new ordinance with the increases would not <br />have to be made each time. <br />Attorney Joss stated that he would check <br />into including the schedule. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Ord. #560 be <br />ordered published. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiLorenzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read the ordinance on first <br />reading noting that all members of council <br />had before them a copy for their review and <br />files. <br />Councilman Domenico stated that he did not <br />feel this ordinance necessary as nothing is <br />ever done with the buildings anyway <br />
