<br />ORDINANCE it562 <br />CONTINUED <br /> <br />ORDINANCE it563 <br />MOBILE HOME PARK <br />STANDARDS <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #564 MOBILE <br />HOME STANDARDS <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />REPORT <br /> <br />PIERCE PROPERTY <br /> <br />July 19, 1977 <br />Minutes - page 6 <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that although some building <br />look as though they should be condemned, is <br />the owner brings them up to code there is <br />reasons for condemnation. <br />He also stated that at least with an ordinance <br />on the books it will be possible to enforce <br />the control for having a building condemned <br />if it is necessary. <br /> <br />After discussion Councilman DiCarlo moved <br />that Ordinance #562 be ordered published <br />and a public hearing be set for August <br />16, 1977. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attroney Joss read Ordinance #563 on first <br />reading by title only noting that <br />all Council members had before them a copy <br />of the ordinance for their review and files. <br />Councilman DiLorenzo moved that Ord. #563 <br />be ordered published and a public hearing <br />be set for August 16, 1977. Seconded <br />by Councilman Caranci. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read Ordinance #564 on <br />first reading by title only noting that all <br />members of Council had before them a <br />copy of the ordinance for their review and <br />files. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance <br />#564 be ordered published and a public <br />hearing be set for August 16, 1977. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />With nothing more to report Councilman <br />DiLorenzo moved that the City Attorneys <br />report be accepted and placed on file. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported on the election calendar <br />and stated that it was their recommendation <br />that the election ward boundaries stay the <br />same. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that Mr. Pierce has sold <br />his two acres of land and Mr. Olsen will be <br />assuming the option for the back two acres <br />and they would like to close the first of <br />Augus t . <br />Attorney Joss stated that before the option <br />is closed there should be a stipulation of <br />
