Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that Council needed to <br />authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the <br />annexation agreements. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Mayor <br />and City Clerk be authorized to sign the <br />agreements for annexation on the Ward <br />and Mauzy property. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman McDonald. Motion carried. <br /> <br />With no more to report, Councilman McDonald <br />moved that the City Attorney report be <br />accepted and placed on file. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiCarlo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that final inspection <br />was made on May 17, 1977. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that Resolution #4 per- <br />taining to the program needs to be adopted. <br />Mr. Wurl read Resolution #4. <br />Councilman McDonald moved that Resolution <br />#4 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reviewed correspondence. <br /> <br />Mr. Noel Hobbs reviewed with Council the <br />plans to expand the wastewater treatment <br />plant and asked for the Councils approval <br />to call for bids on the project. <br /> <br />Mr. Hobbs stated that the proposed expansion <br />will increase the flows of the existing <br />plant from .665 to 1 million gallons <br />per day; in terms of population, from <br />5,000 people a day to 7,000 people a day. <br />He stated that the plans are to use the <br />existing eration basins there no, and make <br />the present polishing ponds into eration <br />basins and make two new polishing ponds. <br />After his review of plans he stated that <br />the amount of the project would be approx- <br />imately $230,415. <br />Councilman DelPizzo asked if there was <br />going to be rock around the tanks. <br />
