<br />April 19, 1977 <br />Minutes - page 2 <br /> <br />PONDEROSA ASSOCIATES <br />SPECIAL REVIEW <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that it was not necessary <br />for Council to call for a public hearing <br />on the special review unless they want it. <br />He stated that there were two items to <br />be brought up. <br />1. Park1ng Request - Mr. Drumm stated <br />that it was Planning Commissions recom- <br />mendation that the parking be allowed on <br />the streets. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the Planning <br />Commission recommendation on the parking <br />for Ponderosa Associates be accepted. <br />Seconded by Councilman McDonald. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />2. Special Review Use - Councilman DiCarlo <br />moved that Council accept the Plann1ng <br />Commission recommendation and not bring the <br />Ponderosa request up for special review. <br />Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br /> <br />There were no comments from the audience. <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br /> <br />Councilman McDonald moved that all ordinances <br />be read by title only. <br />Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Motion <br />carried. <br />Attorney Joss stated that the reason for <br />the motion was that the state statutes were <br />vague as to the procedure of reading the <br />entire ordinances. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #534 <br />ZONING OF SEWER PLANT <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them a <br />copy of Ord. #534 for review and files. <br />Attorney Joss stated that this ordinance <br />dealt with the zoning of the sewer plant. <br />The ordinance was read on first reading by <br />title only. Councilman DelPizzo moved that <br />Ordinance #534 be ordered published and <br />the public hearing be set for May 17, 1977. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #542 <br />UNIFORM FIRE CODE <br />1976 EDIT10l~ <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them a <br />copy of Ord. #542 for review and files. <br />Attorney Joss read the ordinance on first <br />reading by title only. Councilman DiCarlo <br />moved that Ord. #542 be ordered published <br />and a public hearing be scheduled for <br />May 17, 1977. Seconded by Councilman <br />DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br />
