Motion defeated. <br /> <br />After discussion, Councilman McDonald <br />moved that the City Attorney be instructed <br />to come up with an explanation of in- <br />volvement and expense wise for a Court <br />of Record procedure and the pros and cons. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Roll <br />call. Caranci yes, DelPizzo no, DiLorenzo <br />yes, DiCarlo yes, Domenico yes, McDonald <br />yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated that he felt the <br />advantages were going to outway the dis- <br />advantages as the city is growing. and <br />there will be more cases to be handled. <br />Attorney Joss stated that the records <br />could be taped and then it would be tran- <br />scribed at the cost of the person request- <br />ing the appeal, the tapes would have to <br />be kept about I month. <br /> <br />Mr. Conarroe stated that he objected be- <br />cause for a court of record the judge <br />must be an attorney and also the expense. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Council <br />comments and committee reports be accepted <br />and placed on file. Seconded by Council- <br />man Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the meeting <br />be adjourned. Seconded by Councilman <br />McDonald. Motion carried. Meeting ad- <br />journed at 9:30 P.M. <br />
