CHILD CARE CENTER
CONTINUED

Attorney Joss stated that he did not feel
there were any laws requiring this; and
Mr. Wurl added that the City did not
have intentions to limit parking in that
area.

After discussion, Councilman Caranci moved
that Council approve the recommendation
of the Planning Commission on the Day
Care Center Special Review with the stip-
ulation that the loading and unloading of
children will be done in the rear of the
building.
Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo.
Roll call. Domenico no, DelPizzo yes,
Caranci yes, McDonald yes, DiCarlo no,
DiLorenzo no. Tie vote. Mayor Waschak
voted yes to carry the motion.

LURA REORGANIZATION

Councilman McDonald moved that the matter
be tabled until some information is re-
ceived from HUD. Seconded by Councilman
DelPizzo. Motion carried.

MAYOR APPOINTMENT
CENTENNIAL COMMITTEE

Mayor Waschak appointed Lawrence Enrietto
as the chairman for the Louisville Cen-
tennial Committee to commerate the City's
100 birthday in 1978.

REQUEST
PARAGON HEIGHTS

Mr. Wurl stated that several months back
Council approved servicing the Paragon
Heights area with City services.
Mr. Wurl stated that since Continental
View Estates is not going to develope for
some time, the developers of Paragon
Heights would like to change the route
of their water line; and under the sewer
set-up; the sewer line as installed, is
not deep enough for Continental View, so
the line will have to be replaced or lowered.
This would entail a tremendous cost if it
has to be done for the Paragon development
of 10 lots. They are suggesting that the
sewer line be put in, by them, in the
street and down towards Continental View
Drive at which time Continental View would
be ready so they could hook up to the line.
Temporarily the Paragon division would use
septic tanks until the line is ready to
be used.
He stated that the line would be stubbed
off for the homes.

-2-
