<br />ORDINANCE #531 <br /> <br />Attorney Joss noted that all members of <br />Council had before them a copy of Ord- <br />inance #531 for review and filing. <br />Attorney Joss read the ordinance by <br />title only. Councilman McDonald moved <br />that Ordinance #531 be ordered published. <br />Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #517 <br />AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated that when this ord- <br />inance was first presented the fees for <br />contractor licenses was not filled in. <br />He noted that as it stands now there are <br />two fees, first year and renewal. In <br />talking with the City Inspector, it was <br />decided that the renewal fee should be <br />the one used. <br />Councilman DiLorenzo moved that Ordinance <br />#517 be ordered published. Seconded by <br />Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call. <br />Domenico yes, Caranci abstained, DiCarlo <br />yes, McDonald yes, DelPizzo yes, DiLorenzo <br />yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman McDonald. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br />STORM SEWER ADDITION <br />TO PROJECT <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated taht the cost of the <br />storm sewer project was put in bid about <br />$20,000 less then was allocated. <br />Mr. Wurl requested that Council approve <br />an addition to the project which would <br />start the work on the Pine Street project. <br />After discussion, Councilman DelPizzo <br />moved that the extra money allocated to <br />the storm sewer project be used to begin <br />the Storm Sewer Pine Street project. <br />Seconded by Councilman McDonald. <br />Mr. Lundberg asked if HUD has responded <br />on this. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that Mr. Chenoweth has <br />telephoned HUD and there should be a <br />letter from them shortly agreeing. <br />Roll call vote; Caranci abstained, <br />DelPizzo yes, McDonald yes, DiCarlo yes, <br />Domenico yes, DiLorenzo yes. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />CITY REQUEST <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that in the past the City <br />has gone through the same process as any- <br />one in the City requesting certain matters <br />on how the C.D. money is spent. <br />He stated that he would like Council to <br /> <br />-3- <br />
