ORDINANCE #531 Attorney Joss noted that all members of Council had before them a copy of Ord- inance #531 for review and filing. Attorney Joss read the ordinance by title only. Councilman McDonald moved that Ordinance #531 be ordered published. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. ORDINANCE #517 AMENDMENT Attorney Joss stated that when this ord- inance was first presented the fees for contractor licenses was not filled in. He noted that as it stands now there are two fees, first year and renewal. In talking with the City Inspector, it was decided that the renewal fee should be the one used. Councilman DiLorenzo moved that Ordinance #517 be ordered published. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call. Domenico yes, Caranci abstained, DiCarlo yes, McDonald yes, DelPizzo yes, DiLorenzo yes. Motion carried. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City Attorney's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman McDonald. Motion carried. CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT STORM SEWER ADDITION TO PROJECT Mr. Wurl stated taht the cost of the storm sewer project was put in bid about $20,000 less then was allocated. Mr. Wurl requested that Council approve an addition to the project which would start the work on the Pine Street project. After discussion, Councilman DelPizzo moved that the extra money allocated to the storm sewer project be used to begin the Storm Sewer Pine Street project. Seconded by Councilman McDonald. Mr. Lundberg asked if HUD has responded on this. Mr. Wurl stated that Mr. Chenoweth has telephoned HUD and there should be a letter from them shortly agreeing. Roll call vote; Caranci abstained, DelPizzo yes, McDonald yes, DiCarlo yes, Domenico yes, DiLorenzo yes. Motion carried. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CITY REQUEST Mr. Wurl stated that in the past the City has gone through the same process as any- one in the City requesting certain matters on how the C.D. money is spent.
