<br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS & COMMITTEE <br />REPORTS <br />CITY ATTORNEY LETTER <br />RESIGNATION <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the <br />City Attorney report as presented by <br />the City Administrator be accepted and <br />placed on file. Seconded by Councilman <br />DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reviewed correspondence with <br />Council. <br />Councilman McDonald moved that the City <br />Administrators report be accepted and <br />placed on file. Seconded by Council- <br />man DiLorenzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl read the letter from Attorney <br />Morris resigning his position as City <br />Attorney to the City of Louisville <br />for personal reasons. <br />Councilman DiLorenzo moved that Council <br />accept the resignation from Attorney <br />Morris. Seconded by Councilman <br />McDonald. Motion carried. <br />Mayor Waschak stated that someone <br />should be appointed to the position <br />temporarily. <br />Councilman McDonald moved that Bruce <br />Joss be appointed as acting City <br />Attorney temporarily until the <br />official appointment is made. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. <br /> <br />Percy Conarroe stated that Council <br />should consider the fact that Mr. Joss <br />is attorney for E. F. I. in the case <br />with Alex Domenico which the City has <br />been involved in; as there may be a <br />conflict. He did not feel this good policy. <br />Council stated that Mr. Joss would have <br />to give up his interests that conflict <br />with the City. <br />Also, Mr. Joss will not act as Prosecuting <br />Attorney with the City; Mr. Rautenstraus <br />will take over the duty entirely. <br />Roll call vote on motion. DelPizzo yes, <br />Caranci yes, McDonald yes, DiCarlo yes, <br />DiLorenzo yes, Domenico yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo then moved that the <br />City Administrator be authorized to ad- <br />vertise for a City Attorney in the <br />Boulder County region for a period of <br /> <br />-5- <br />
