<br />SEADERS LIQUORS <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the liquor <br />license renewal be approved. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiLorenzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />OLD LOUISVILLE INN <br /> <br />Councilman Domenioc moved that the liquor <br />license renewal be approved. Seconded <br />by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COAL CREEK JUNCTION <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the liquour <br />license renewal be approved. Seconded <br />by Councilman DiLOrenzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />PARKS & RECREATION <br /> <br />Mr. Helart stated that the Parks Board <br />would like to request alternative actions <br />be taken as the Community building is in <br />bad shape and there are some requests for <br />usage of the building if it can be done. <br />Mr. August Hioco stated that the building <br />is in very bad shape. Water is leaking <br />down and destroying the plaster and tiles. <br />Also, the pipes freeze. <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that he still <br />felt the best thing to do would be to <br />rebrick it. <br />Councilman DiCarlo stated that since the <br />City could not get historical funds for <br />restoration, he felt that it should be fixed <br />to fit in with the new addition. <br />After discussion Councilman DelPizzo moved <br />the new brick be used to restor the <br />community building keeping with the same <br />design and that that board get an estimate. <br />Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br />Roll call. Domenico yes, DiCarlo yes, <br />Caranci yes, DelPizzo yes, McDonadl yes, <br />DiLorenzo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />PARKWOOD PARK <br /> <br />Mr. Helart stated that the BiCentennial <br />Board would like to contribute funds to <br />be used for the restoration of the cupola <br />on the roof at the community hall. <br />Council felt it okay and would discuss <br />it further when the plans are presented <br />to Council. <br /> <br />Mr. Helart reviewed the plans for the <br />Parkwood Park. He stated that the plans <br />were submitted to the Bureau of Outdoor <br />Recreation and the grant was approved. <br />Mr. Helart stated that there would be <br />buffalo grass planted. <br />AFter discussion Councilman DelPizzo <br />moved that Council accept Mr. Healrts <br />review of plans for the park and have the <br />board to continue with their plans. <br />Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />4. <br />
