RDSOLUTION #18 CONT'D RESOLUTION #17 TAX LEVY FOR 1977 JERRY DAVIS - SPECIAL USE REVIEW Councilman McDonald asked about Estimated Expenditures under Section 2. She asked where the "Less Interfund Transfers" in the amount of $496,000 came in. Mr. Wurl stated that there were two different types of transfers. From the General Fund to other funds; and Transfers from other funds to the general fund. He stated that they are prtmarily from the enterprise funds to the General Fund. And, from the General Fund to the Capitol Improvement fund. Councilman DiCarlo stated that there were two items that he did not approve of in the 1977 budget; those being: vehicles and salaries. Councilman DelPizzo moved that Resolution #18, Series 1976, be adopted. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Roll call. Domenico yes, DiLorenzo yes, DiCarlo no, DelPizzo yes, McDonald yes, Caranci yes. Motion carried. Mr. Wurl read Resolution #17, pertaining to Tax Levy for 1977, for the City of Lousiville. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Resolution #17, Series 1976, be adopted. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. It was noted that the levy will reduce the tax by i mill in the General Im- provement District. After discussion roll call was held. Domenico yes, Caranci yes, DiLorenzo yes, DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yes, McDonald yes. Motion carried. Mr. Wurl stated that the matter went be- for Planning Commission and it was their recommendation that a Special Use Review not be called for by Council. Councilman Domenico moved that Council not call for a Special Review on the Davis request. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call. DelPizzo yes, Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes, DiLorenzo yes, Domenico yes, McDonald yes. Motion carried. -2-
