<br />CTC ZONING <br />ORDINANCE #503 <br />ZONING <br />SECOND READING <br /> <br />City Engineer White read Ordinance #503 <br />by title only on second reading. <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br />Larry Mizel stated that himself and his <br />attoreny, Donald Houlehan were in atten- <br />dance to answer any questions pertaining <br />to the Colorado Tech. Center. <br />Mr. Houlehan stated that he had nothing <br />further to add from the last hearing. <br />With no comments, the public hearing was <br />closed and the matter turned over to <br />Council. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance <br />#503 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />McDonald. Roll call. McDonald yes, <br />DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes, DiLorenzo <br />yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #501 - CTC <br />GEOLOGICAL HAZARD <br />SECOND READING <br /> <br />City Engineer White read Ordinance #501 <br />by title only on second reading. <br />It was noted that a public hearing is <br />not required on this ordinance. <br />Councilman DiCarlo then moved that <br />Ordinanance #501 be adopted. Seconded <br />by Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call. <br />DiLorenzo yes, DiCarlo yes, McDonald <br />yes, DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #502 <br />ZONING AMENDMENTS <br />SECOND READING <br /> <br />City Engineer White read Ordinance #502 <br />by title only on second reading. <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br />There were no comments against the ordinance. <br />Mr. Donald Houlehan, Attorney for the <br />developer stated that the reason for this <br />ordinance amending the previous Zoning <br />is to fully comply with the request, <br />regulations and guidelines of the Colo. <br />Land Use Commission. This ordinance as <br />amended was submitted to the LUC and the <br />City planning consultant has been staying <br />in contact with them and this is believed <br />to comply with their thinking as of the <br />time that it was drafted. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that there were several <br />revisions that were suggested by the <br />City Planning Commission. <br />Dennis Drumm, City Planner, reviewed the <br />changes suggested by the Planning Com- <br />mission. He noted the suggestions which <br />were made by the Planning Commission for <br />clarification of verbage within the <br />Ordinance. <br />Mr. Houlehan requested that the record <br />show the changes were reviewed and re- <br />commended by the City of Louisville <br /> <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />4. <br />
