We did receive some information and Dan White brought it down and we started trying to get together with Mr. Brock. We tried to get a meeting set up and couldn't get together on the time, and we asked Mr. Brock to contact us and we haven't been contacted since. Dave Shelton was in the hospital for a couple weeks, just immediately after that first contact and he hasn't been back since. It is the lack of communication. Our own geologist was surprised at what he found. I think there is a good start right there. I think the question is Mr. Rogers, based on what was submitted to you, did that not war- rant a response or some kind of a letter to the City indicating your feelings on that? We need more than what we had and this is the law. We needed a discussion I had literally with Mr. Thomas and we weren't able to set one up. We can't go around chasing people allover.
