<br />TRAFFIC DIRECTION CONT'D <br /> <br />PARKING LOTS <br /> <br />STEINBAUGH PROPERTY <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL COURT REPORT <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak stated that at the time <br />of emergencies he would like to see <br />the Polic Chief or an officer in the <br />location directing traffic. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo questioned the <br />plans of the parking lot on Front St. <br />He stated that he did not recall the <br />plans and felt that there isn't <br />going to be much parking area as the <br />landscaping looks. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the plans were <br />presented to Council for approval. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he was going to <br />check with Mr. Steinbaugh as to if there <br />are any future plans for the property <br />on Front Street where the hole is <br />left open. <br />Councilman DiCarlo stated that if any <br />person is interested, he should check <br />privately with Mr. Steinbaugh. <br />It was stated that although it is <br />private property, it should still be <br />checked into by the City for the <br />well being of the citizens of the <br />community. <br /> <br />With no more reports, Councilman DiCarlo <br />moved that the reports and comments be <br />accepted. Seconded by Councilman <br />Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the <br />court report be accepted and placed on <br />file. Seconded by Councilman McDonald <br />Mr. Conarroe asked why the report was <br />changed. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the Court Clerk <br />wanted to modify the report and had <br />asked him for approval. Mr. Wurl stated <br />that he did not disapprove of the new <br />report format; however, the judge did <br />not know of the change and as of now <br />it was not decided as to what way the <br />report would be written in the future. <br />Mr. Conarroe stated that the publication <br />of names and offenses is publicized at <br />no charge and people in the City who have <br />appeared earlier are questioning the <br />new report. <br />He stated that he did not feel the new <br />report adequate; however it is up to the <br /> <br />-5- <br />
