TRAFFIC DIRECTION CONT'D PARKING LOTS STEINBAUGH PROPERTY MUNICIPAL COURT REPORT Mayor Waschak stated that at the time of emergencies he would like to see the Polic Chief or an officer in the location directing traffic. Councilman DelPizzo questioned the plans of the parking lot on Front St. He stated that he did not recall the plans and felt that there isn't going to be much parking area as the landscaping looks. Mr. Wurl stated that the plans were presented to Council for approval. Mr. Wurl stated that he was going to check with Mr. Steinbaugh as to if there are any future plans for the property on Front Street where the hole is left open. Councilman DiCarlo stated that if any person is interested, he should check privately with Mr. Steinbaugh. It was stated that although it is private property, it should still be checked into by the City for the well being of the citizens of the community. With no more reports, Councilman DiCarlo moved that the reports and comments be accepted. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. Councilman Domenico moved that the court report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman McDonald Mr. Conarroe asked why the report was changed. Mr. Wurl stated that the Court Clerk wanted to modify the report and had asked him for approval. Mr. Wurl stated that he did not disapprove of the new report format; however, the judge did not know of the change and as of now it was not decided as to what way the report would be written in the future. Mr. Conarroe stated that the publication of names and offenses is publicized at no charge and people in the City who have appeared earlier are questioning the new report. He stated that he did not feel the new report adequate; however it is up to the -5-
