<br />RTD CONT'D <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br />MAYHOFFER SUIT <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 1f493 <br />AMENDING BUILDING CODE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 1f495 <br />HILLS BOROUGH NORTH <br />ANNEXATION <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 1f496 <br />HILLS BOROUGH ZONING <br /> <br />being ratified, the City should consider <br />the person for ratification and contact <br />other cities before the approval to <br />discuss the person who will be representing <br />the Cities. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he did not know the <br />status of the Mayhoffer suit, but felt that <br />the attorney should be instructed to get <br />the case resolved as the property there has <br />not been annexed since the deed was not put <br />in the City's possession and if the property <br />is worked upon and not annexed it is sub- <br />ject to County review. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl read Ordinance #493 on second <br />reading by title only. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance <br />#493 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiCarlo. Roll call. Caranci yes, Domenico <br />yes, DiLorenzo yes, DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo <br />yes, McDonald yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />}tt. Wurl read Ordinance #495 on second <br />reading by title only. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance <br />#495 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />Domenico. <br />Councilman Caranci asked how the figure of <br />~facre feet of water per family dwelling <br />per year was established. <br />~rr. Wurl stated that the figure is a <br />standard one used by different individuals <br />doing studies. He thought the figure <br />vi'as based on meter usuage. <br />With no more comments roll call was taken <br />on the adoption of Ordinance #495. <br />Domenico yes, McDonald no, Caranci yes, <br />DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes, DiLorenzo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl read Ordinance #496 on second <br />reading by title only. Mr. Wurl stated that <br />the required public hearing has been <br />properly advertised. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance <br />1fl.~96 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiCarlo. <br />Mc~yor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br />Mr. Conarroe asked what type of priority <br />system the City had set up on the Mizel <br />water.
