CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT PARKING LOTS HILLS BOROUGH ANNEXATION AGREEMENT COUNCIL COMMENTS Mr. Wurl reviewed the breakdown for the parking lot which agreed with the grant from FHA. He stated that the pro- ject will be done in entierty as planned. Mr. Wurl asked Council to review pre- liminary Hillsborough annexation agree- ment hopefully to be finalized on March 2, 1976. Mr. Wurl reviewed correspondence. Councilman Domenico moved that the City Administrator's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Coun- cilman McDonald. Motion carried. Councilman DiCarlo moved that a letter regarding the Mizel Annexation dated April 29, 1975 and written by the past C.A.C. Chairman be placed on file. Seconded by Councilman McDonald. Motion carried. Mr. Wurl stated to Council that the Codi- fication company will be in contact with the City hopefully sometime this month Councilman DiCarlo requested that the Parks Board be cautioned on spending money on the two ball parks in the industrial park. Mr. Wurl reported that the pit at the fire department can be lowered as requested. Councilman Domenico asked about a signal light near the fire hall. Mr. Wurl stated that the state granted the City funds and will install the light signals. He will check on the progress. Councilman DelPizzo stated his dis- pleasure at the way the articles are being printed in the local newspaper and also asked if the legal notices can be submitted for publication in other locally distributed papers. Attorney Morris stated that Ordinance states that the notices will be printed in the local newspaper; however they may be submitted to other papers which are distributed in the City along with -7-
