<br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br />PARKING LOTS <br /> <br />HILLS BOROUGH ANNEXATION <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reviewed the breakdown for <br />the parking lot which agreed with the <br />grant from FHA. He stated that the pro- <br />ject will be done in entierty as planned. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl asked Council to review pre- <br />liminary Hillsborough annexation agree- <br />ment hopefully to be finalized on <br />March 2, 1976. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reviewed correspondence. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the <br />City Administrator's report be accepted <br />and placed on file. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman McDonald. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that a letter <br />regarding the Mizel Annexation dated <br />April 29, 1975 and written by the past <br />C.A.C. Chairman be placed on file. <br />Seconded by Councilman McDonald. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated to Council that the Codi- <br />fication company will be in contact with <br />the City hopefully sometime this month <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo requested that the <br />Parks Board be cautioned on spending <br />money on the two ball parks in the <br />industrial park. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that the pit at the <br />fire department can be lowered as <br />requested. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico asked about a signal <br />light near the fire hall. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the state granted <br />the City funds and will install the <br />light signals. He will check on the <br />progress. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated his dis- <br />pleasure at the way the articles are <br />being printed in the local newspaper <br />and also asked if the legal notices can <br />be submitted for publication in other <br />locally distributed papers. <br />Attorney Morris stated that Ordinance <br />states that the notices will be printed <br />in the local newspaper; however they <br />may be submitted to other papers which <br />are distributed in the City along with <br /> <br />-7- <br />
