<br />LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION <br />ALINE STEINBAUGH CONT'D <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br />MAYHOFFER SUIT <br /> <br />BOULDER COUNTY - LUC SUIT <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #490 <br />2ND READING <br />1976 APPROPRIATIONS <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #491 <br />APPOINTMENT OF CITY <br />n1PLOYEES <br /> <br />After discussion roll call was taken <br />on the motion to have the liquor license <br />hearing on February 3, 1976. <br />Domenico yes, Berry yes, Dhieux yes, <br />Caranci yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br />Mr. Wurl requested that Council study <br />the amount they will accept on the <br />debt to discuss at the next meeting. <br /> <br />With no more to report Councilman <br />Caranci moved that the City Administrators <br />report be accepted and placed on file <br />Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris had nothing new to <br />report. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris reported that the <br />Supreme Court did finalize the <br />ruling on the case. Mr. Morris stated <br />that by making the ruling final the <br />City can move on the the possible <br />annexation of the Mizel property. <br />Attorney Morris stated that a meeting <br />will be held on January 7, 1976, <br />with the LUC attorney, planning staff, <br />the Louisville staff and Mizel staff, <br />to try to reach an agreement with the <br />LUC so the City can remove the remaining <br />law suit which is in Boulder County <br />filed by the LUC. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read Ordinace #490 on <br />second reading by title only. <br />Councilman Berry moved that Ordinance <br />#490 be adopted. Seconded by Council- <br />man Caranci. Roll call. Domenico <br />yes, Berry yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo <br />yes, Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Ordinance #491, distributed to all <br />Council persons, was read by title only. <br />Councilman Berry moved that Ordinance <br />#491 be ordered published. Seconded <br />by Councilman Caranci. <br />Councilman DiCarlo asked what the pur- <br />pose of the ordinance was. <br />Attorney Morris stated that the old law <br />puts the police officers in position <br />for a two year term. With ordinance <br />#491 it will put them under the regular <br /> <br />-5- <br />
