BEE 4 CITY -*USA
Louisville, CO
And received the following replies:
Reply one:
Hi John,
Thank you for your comment on the updated dark sky ordinance draft. We will be reviewing and collating
comments the week of June 12. The next step for the project is posting a draft for the Planning Commission
hearing, tentatively scheduled for June 13.
As for the letter from the subcommittee, you are more than welcome to organize and send a memo. To have the
memo included in the Planning Commission and/or City Council packets, you can send it as part of the public
comment process for the hearings. For the July Planning Commission, that will start June 25/26t" and run into 4
PM the date of the hearing. City Council would be after that — final dates to come. You can also attend the
Planning Commission and/or City Council hearings (virtually or in -person) and read a memo into the record that
way.
The public hearing for City Council is tentatively scheduled for August — you can watch this and this page for final
dates once we are at that stage.
Thank you again,
Amelia
Amelia Brackett Hogstad, PhD
Historic Preservation Planner
Planning Department
303.335.4594 (office)
720.665.0662 (cell)
