Local Licensing Authority <br />Meeting Minutes <br />May 22, 2023 <br />Page 6 of 6 <br />Steven Lyons, a resident of Louisville, spoke in support of the <br />application. <br />Kaufman moved that all City and State law requirements have been <br />met and the license be approved and transferred; Lipton seconded. <br />Roll call vote - unanimous for approval. <br />E. Discussion and Direction — Transfer of Ownership: Moxiebrot <br />Baking Unlimited, LLC d/b/a Moxie Bread Company — Hotel & <br />Restaurant Liquor License — 641 Main St. <br />The Secretary informed the Authority that she had been attempting for <br />months to get the correct transfer of ownership documentation for <br />Moxie. The Authority directed the Secretary to issue a letter with a <br />deadline for documentation or there will be a Show Cause Hearing. <br />F. Discussion and Direction — Renewal Application — Lucky Pie, <br />LLC d/b/a Lucky Pie Pizza — Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License <br />— 637 Front Street <br />The Secretary informed the Authority that the licensee has not <br />renewed their business license and they are delinquent on their sales <br />tax filings. The Authority directed the Secretary to issue a letter with a <br />deadline to remedy or there will be a Show Cause Hearing. <br />8. Police Department Report <br />None <br />9.
