Discussion and Direction — Transfer of Ownership: Moxiebrot <br />Baking Unlimited, LLC d/b/a Moxie Bread Company — Hotel & <br />Restaurant Liquor License — 641 Main St. <br />The Secretary informed the Authority that she had been attempting for <br />months to get the correct transfer of ownership documentation for <br />Moxie. The Authority directed the Secretary to issue a letter with a <br />deadline for documentation or there will be a Show Cause Hearing. <br />F. Discussion and Direction — Renewal Application — Lucky Pie, <br />LLC d/b/a Lucky Pie Pizza — Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License <br />— 637 Front Street <br />The Secretary informed the Authority that the licensee has not <br />renewed their business license and they are delinquent on their sales <br />tax filings. The Authority directed the Secretary to issue a letter with a <br />deadline to remedy or there will be a Show Cause Hearing. <br />8. Police Department Report <br />None <br />9.
