Approval of Second Amended Employment Contract for City <br />Manager Jeff Durbin <br />APPROVAL OF APPOINTMENTS TO CULTURAL COUNCIL, REVITALIZATION <br />COMMISSION, AND PLANNING COMMISSION MOVED FROM CONSENT AGENDA <br />Councilmember Most stated the Planning Commission is such an important position and <br />it warrants more consideration than putting the recommendation on the Consent <br />Agenda. <br />Mayor Maloney noted the established process was followed. That process can be <br />reviewed with the discussion on Boards and Commissions scheduled next month. <br />
