<br />PROPOSED RENOVATIONS TO THE EXTERIOR OF BUILDING ARE SUMMARIZED AS
<br />FOLLOWS:
<br />1. IMPROVE EXISTING ACCESSIBLE PARKING, BY MOVING IT CLOSER TO THE
<br />BUILDING ENTRY. THIS WILL INCLUDE PARTIAL RESTRIPING OF THE PARKING
<br />OF THE PARKING LOT AT THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING.
<br />2. ADD TWO OVERHEAD DOORS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING (FACING
<br />THE INTERIOR PARKING LOT). THE OVERHEAD DOORS WILL BE ON -GRADE
<br />LOADING DOORS. THE OVERHEAD DOORS WILL BE AN ENLARGEMENT OF
<br />EXISTING WINDOW OPENINGS.
<br />3. ADD AN EGRESS DOOR WITH SIDELIGHT TO THE EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDING.
<br />THE DOOR & SIDELIGHT WILL REPLACE AN EXISTING WINDOW OPENING.
<br />4. ADD PEDESTRIAN LEVEL EXTERIOR LIGHTING AT THE NEW OVERHEAD DOORS
<br />AND EGRESS DOOR.
<br />5. ADD A NEW TRASH ENCLOSURE WITHIN THE SIDE -YARD NORTHERN PARKING
<br />LOT.

<br />1. AMENDMENT 1 - 2007 - A 2-STORY 6,920 SF ADDITION TO THE
<br />WEST-NORTHWEST END OF THE ORIGINAL CONSTRUCTION, WHILE ALSO
