RESOLUTION NO. 66 <br />SERIES 2023 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING BOARD AND COMMISSION RULES OF PROCEDURE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has established various boards and commissions <br />in accordance with the Louisville Home Rule Charter and Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Louisville Home Rule Charter provides that the term, responsibilities, <br />policies, and other matters concerning each board and commission shall be established by <br />resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, in order for the boards and commissions to efficiently and effectively <br />complete City business, their meetings must be conducted in an orderly and respectful <br />manner; and <br />WHEREAS, the Rules of Procedure are intended to provide guidelines for the <br />procedures to be followed for the conduct of board and commission meetings; and <br />WHEREAS, the Rules of Procedure are intended to help preserve order and decorum <br />and assure public input; and <br />WHEREAS, City Council finds that the adoption of standard Rules of Procedure <br />applicable to all boards and commissions is in the best interest of the City. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1.
