LCity��� <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO•SINC'E IS(H <br />City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />March 21, 2023 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />6:00 PM <br />Call to Order — Mayor Maloney called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Roll Call was <br />taken and the following members were present: <br />City Council: Mayor Dennis Maloney <br />Mayor Pro Tem Deborah Fahey <br />Councilmember Caleb Dickinson (attended remotely) <br />Councilmember Barbara Hamlington <br />Councilmember Dietrich Hoefner <br />Councilmember Chris Leh <br />Councilmember Maxine Most <br />Staff Present: Jeff Durbin, City Manager <br />Rob Zuccaro, Community Development Director <br />Kayla Betzold, Sustainability Coordinator <br />Monai Myles, Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion Manager <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />Others Present: Kathleen Kelly, City Attorney <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1851, SERIES 2023 — AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF <br />THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE CAPPING THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF <br />GASOLINE AND AUTOMOBILE SERVICE STATIONS LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE — 2"d READING, PUBLIC HEARING (advertised Daily Camera <br />2/26/23) <br />Mayor Maloney introduced the item by title and asked for disclosures; seeing none he <br />opened the public hearing. <br />Community Development Director Zuccaro stated that on November 1, 2022, in <br />response to a possible citizen's initiative, the City Council approved a moratorium on <br />new land use applications for fueling stations. The moratorium expires in September. <br />The City Council then asked staff to bring an ordinance for consideration.
