PROPOSAL: <br />The applicant is proposing a new two-story home to replace the previous two-story home. <br />The proposed footprint is about 200 square -feet larger but 3 ft. narrower and about a foot <br />shallower than the previous structure. The request before the Board of Adjustment is to allow <br />a 15.8-ft front setback where 20 feet is required, allowing for a 55 square -foot encroachment <br />of a covered porch and second -story covered deck.
