Grant Recipient Responsibilities <br />Grant recipients are the producers and presenters of their projects. As such, recipients are responsible for all <br />aspects of executing the project including, but not limited to: <br />• Technical or A/V needs of the project <br />• All advertising and promotion of the event <br />• Acknowledging the Louisville Cultural Arts Advisory Board in marketing and publicity. <br />• Completing and submitting the Art Grant Evaluation form within 60 days of the completion of <br />the event/program to maintain eligibility for future grant funding. <br />Grant recipients may charge admission and keep all ticket revenues <br />2024 Grant Timeline <br />December 8, 2022 <br />Art Grant Application opens <br />January 13th, 2023 5pm <br />Grant Application closes <br />January 14th — 26th <br />Grant Applications are reviewed <br />January 27th <br />Grant awardees are notified. Grant awardees will <br />receive 50% of their award upon accepting their <br />award. <br />Post Event <br />Grant awardee will receive 50% of their award <br />upon completing their 111 status report. Art Grant <br />Evaluation forms completed by grant recipient are <br />due no later than 60 days after the funded <br />program or event has been completed.
