L: Cityof ECONOMIC VITALITY COMMITTEE <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO -SINCE 1878 <br />SUBJECT: DISCUSSION/DIRECTION - BUSINESS FORUM UPDATE <br />DATE: OCTOBER 27, 2023 <br />PRESENTED BY: AUSTIN BROWN, INTERIM ECONOMIC VITALITY MANAGER <br />SUMMARY: <br />EV Staff is working in collaboration with the Louisville Chamber of Commerce on <br />planning the next Business Forum event. Per discussion during the August EVC <br />meeting, the Business Forum will be planned for early 2024. <br />Staff has created and distributed a short survey (Attachment #1) designed to collect <br />feedback from the business community on their preferences for future business forums. <br />Staff sent the survey out to the Economic Vitality mailing list, and also asked both the <br />Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Business Association to send the survey out to <br />their members.
