City of Louisville Benchmark Index & Disclosures <br />Account#10236 C11% <br />Benchmark Index Disclosure <br />0-3 Yr Treasury* The ICE BofA Blended 0-3 Year US Treasury Index is a static, internally maintained benchmark comprised of US dollar denominated sovereign <br />debt publicly issued by the US government in its domestic market. Effective 1/1/2001, it consists of the following indices: (30%) ICE BofA US 3- <br />Month Treasury Bill Index, (30%) ICE BofA US 6-Month Treasury Bill Index, (40%) ICE BofA 1-3 Year US Treasury Index. Qualifying securities will <br />include 3 and 6-month Treasury Bills and US Treasury securities that must have at least one year remaining term to final maturity and less than <br />three years remaining term to final maturity, a fixed coupon schedule, and a minimum amount outstanding of $1 billion.
