The unencumbered fund balance <br />is estimated at over $2M, thus, staff finds there are adequate funds to support the loan request. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of the Landmark request, with the name the Marino House. <br />Staff recommends approval of the Alteration Certificate request. <br />Staff recommends approval of the Preservation and Restoration Grant Request. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />1.
