The <br />"Type 1" models have a 1,500 square -foot footprint and 3,366 square -feet of total livable <br />space over two stories and a basement. Three material palettes are proposed and <br />detailed in sheet 14 of the PUD Exhibit (attachment 4). Materials include a wood and <br />cementitious shingle, cementitious siding, vertical or horizontal wood -textured steel <br />plank siding, standing seam metal roofs, and black trimmed windows and garage doors. <br />This model is proposed on lots 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9-15.
