CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE KCI is excited about this park restoration project for City of Louisville! Our staff include residents of Louisville who have been directly impacted by the Marshall fire. As a company, we would love to be part of returning these parks to places where this community plays and grows. Our team will implement an efficient and innovative approach to ensure project completion to your satisfaction, with community engagement to ensure concerns are mitigated and that this is a great experience for the community. We plan to achieve this through taking the lead on effective communication, digital tracking of all documents and communication, solid local subcontractor selection and management, and innovative scheduling of pre -construction and construction activities throughout the duration of the project. These tools are used in projecting, logging, and resolving critical project issues for an uninterrupted production schedule. We feel this contributes to developing this project as a good steward of community's amenities. KCI I KRISCHE CONSTRUCTION, INC. We have been performing CM/GC services since 2010. These projects have often been for repeat clients including the Longmont Housing Authority, St. Vrain Valley School District, Longmont United Hospital, Archdiocese of Denver, Regional Transportation District, Adams 12 Five Star Schools, and the University of Colorado Boulder. The City of Fort Collins contracted with KCI for the Linden Street Improvement CM/GC project. The Linden project is located in the heart of historic downtown Fort Collins surrounded by local businesses. The qualifications we were seeking in a contractor included. a commitment to customer service, high quality finishes and competitive pricing. We have found all three of these qualities in addition to a high level of innovation, teamwork and honesty in KCI. KCI met with City Staff and over 40 business and property owners multiple times to establish a proposed construction phasing plan. KCI was instrumental in bringing this diverse group into agreement on a construction phasing approach. They worked closely with the project designers and City staff to find opportunities for value engineering. They are a true partner and live out the qualities that make for successful CM/GC teams.
