RENOVATION & REHABILITATION <br />PROJECT INFORMATION PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />COST <br />The City of Fort Collins is focused on revitalizing its commercial areas downtown. <br />Ph. 1: $706,549 <br />As part of this ongoing effort, the City embarked on a planned revitalization effort <br />Ph. 2: $2.8M <br />on Linden Street between Walnut and Jefferson Streets. <br />SCHEDULE <br />The City contracted with KCI to provide pre -construction and construction (CM/ <br />Ph. 1: January 2021 to May 2021 <br />GC) services on this project. KCI implemented an integrated communication plan <br />Ph. 2: Feb. 2022 to Aug. 2022 <br />to ensure businesses could stay open during construction and to engage the <br />community and generate excitement about this enhancement project. The scope <br />SIZE <br />of the project creates an accessible streetscape that will also serve as a community <br />N/A <br />venue space. <br />KEY KCI STAFF <br />As part of our communication plan and the City's outreach program, the Pre - <br />Gary Adams, Project Exec. <br />Construction Manager, Mark Teplitsky, has met with every resident and business <br />Mark Teplitsky, Pre -Con Mgr. <br />owner to address their concerns. <br />Ken Humphrey, Project Mgr. <br />Evert Carmona, Superintendent <br />Understanding the impacts <br />and uncertainties associated <br />with working within Fort <br />Collins' Historic Old Town <br />District, KCI prioritized <br />developing a strong and <br />positive partnership with the <br />City.
