Prior to joining KCI, he <br />was on staff with City of Fort Collins Park Planning & Development for 20 years. <br />He is currently working on several Denver parks projects including the $1.7M <br />Cook Park Playground Improvements and $1.3M Wash Park Ditch Rehab. <br />Craig brings his experience from the municipal side to foster <br />a dynamic, effective, and successful team environment for the <br />City of Louisville. <br />COOK PARK PLAYGROUND IMPROVEMENTS <br />Denver, CO <br />$1.7M new playground at an existing city park. The work included demolition <br />of existing playground and asphalt walks, new playground installation, and site <br />amenities including new concrete walks, concrete walks in local floodplain, turf <br />playground surfacing, new site furnishings, and new play custom equipment. <br />HARVEY PARK PARKING & RECREATION CENTER <br />Denver, CO <br />$1 M site and landscape improvements for the existing Harvey Park Recreation <br />Center. Included accessibility and entry plaza improvements, utility work <br />drainage, landscape and irrigation improvements, and new parking on adjacent <br />property owned by Denver Public Schools. <br />WASH PARK DITCH REHABILITATION <br />Denver, CO <br />$1.3M project for ditch maintenance and improvements at existing park <br />including ditch bank stabilization, replacement of asphalt trail with crusher <br />fines, and replacement of three pedestrian bridges, landscape, and irrigation <br />improvements. <br />59 <br />15 <br />
