CAC NEWSLETTER REQUEST COUNCIL COMMENTS & COMMITTEE REPORTS COAL CREEK MEETING AUDIENCE COMMENTS Mrs. Suzy Westbrook stated to Council her wishes for CAC to compose a news letter to be distributed to local busi- nesses or mailed to citizens of Louisville to keep them informed. Mr. Conarroe stated that the distribution of this letter would not interfere with his paper; however, he felt that he did not want citizens tax money going towards something like this, also that the in- formation would be one sided in his feelings. Mrs. Westbrook stated that the project would be funded by the City out of Boards and Commissions. Council felt that since this was not budgeted it would be difficult to pay the expenses on the project. Council voiced their feelings on the thought of a newsletter. It was suggested that the matter be tabled until further study was made. Mrs. Westbrook stated that the committee would gather the information and it would be reviewed before the final draft was printed. After discussion Councilman DiCarlo moved that discussion on the newsletter be tabled until further study could be made. Motion died for lack of second. Councilman Caranci then moved that the request as written by CAC be accepted by Council. Seconed by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. Domenico no, Berry no, Dhieux no, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo no, Caranci yes. Motion defeated. Councilman Berry stated that there would be a Coal Creek meeting on December 3, 1975, at 7:30 P.M. With no other reports, Councilman DelPizzo moved that the comments and reports be acepted. Seconded by Coun- cilman Di Carlo. Motion carried. Mr. Conarroe stated that he felt the bulletin board should be kept up and that this project of keeping it update may be one that an interested party might do to help keep the citizens informed. 3.
