<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />OCTOBER 7, 1975 <br /> <br />Mayor Pro-tem Berry called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the <br />following Council members present: Domenico, Dhieux, DelPizzo and <br />DiCarlo. Absent: Mayor Waschak and Councilman Caranci. Others pre- <br />sent: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Morris, City Engineer <br />White, City Clerk Santilli, and City Treasurer Hesson. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br />REGULAR & SPECIAL MEETING <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />ENCLOSURERS <br /> <br />HB 1041 CONTINUATION OF <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />PAY ESTIMATE #3 <br />TENNIS COURTS NORTH <br />MALOTT, PETERSON & GRUNDY <br /> <br />PAY ESTIMATE #4 <br />COTTONWOOD PARK <br />J. JURY, INC. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro-tem Berry and Council accepted <br />the regular meeting minutes as read. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro-tem Berry stated that there was <br />a correction in the special meeting minutes. <br />The correction was in the motion appointing <br />Rautenstraus & Joss. The motion should <br />read as follows: Councilman Berry moved <br />that Rautenstraus & Joss be appointed as <br />assistant City Attorneys on a temporary <br />basis with the authority to act on behalf <br />of the City in matters specifically <br />assigned to them by the Mayor, City Coun- <br />cil, City Administrator or City Attorney. <br />With the correction the minutes were <br />approved. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Dhieux moved that the en- <br />closurers be accepted and brought up under <br />the proper head of business. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the public <br />hearing on HB 1041 be continued to October <br />21, 1975, at 7:30 P.M. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wrulread the memo from Engineer White <br />stating that the tennis courts are complete <br />and he recommended payment. It was also <br />stated that Parks & Rec. recommended the <br />payment also. <br />Councilwoman Dhieux moved that pay estimate <br />#3 in the amount of $3,144.00 be paid as <br />recommended to Malott, Peterson, & Grundy <br />for work on the Louisville North Tennis <br />Courts. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br />Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Dhieux <br />yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo no. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl read the memo from Engineer White <br />recommending payment. The memo from Parks <br />was brought up stating that payment be made <br />with several exceptions. Engineer White <br />stated that the retainage of 10% of the <br />payment should be sufficient to cover the <br />
