He stated that the only <br />question was the term of serving on the board. <br />He <br />recommended that an Ordinance be made on one of <br />the boards to make it conform to the other and then <br />have the members resign their terms and re- <br />appoint them so the terms will be concurent. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reviewed the changes on the code. <br />Attorney Morris read Ordinance #478 pertaining <br />to the personnel code. After reading Councilman <br />DelPizzo moved that Ordinance #478 be ordered <br />published. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br />Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Caranci <br />yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. <br />Moti on carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris stated that he has given Mr. <br />Wurl a copy of the sales tax ordinance for <br />review to be discussed at the next meeting. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris stated that there was nothing <br />new on the court case, but there is much in- <br />terest being shown by other municipalities. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City Attorney <br />report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded <br />by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the report totaled $708. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the Court report <br />be accepted. Seconded by Councilman Berry. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />City Treasurer Hesson read the bills totaling <br />$143,754.66. Councilwoman Dhieux moved that <br />the bills be accepted and warrants be drawn <br />for the same. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br />Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Caranci <br />yes, DelPizzo yes, Dhieux yes, DiCarlo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the meeting be <br />adjourned. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br />Motion carried. Meeeting adjourned at 11:40 P.M. <br />
